My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and comfortable, were not soundproof enough to block the road noise. On the positive side, the amenities were top-notch, and the housekeeping service led by Ali was efficient and courteous. However, the service was a letdown, with some friendly individuals but an overall disaster in terms of organization. The location was convenient for shopping enthusiasts but had some noise issues. The dining experience offered variety but fell short of expectations. Despite the hotel's great facilities, the service and noise factor slightly tainted the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were extremely huge compared to other hotels I've stayed at, and being on the Club Room Level overlooking Times Square was a bonus. The room was nice, large, and had good amenities, but I did notice some dirt with stains on the bed sheet.
