My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and comfortable, were not soundproof enough to block the road noise. The hotel has a convenient location, right across the road from Berjaya Times Square shopping mall and the Imbi MRL tram stop, offering a welcome oasis in the chaos and heat of KL. The rooms, while needing renovation and having a very small bathroom, are attended to by attentive staff. However, the experience was slightly marred by an untimely reminder to vacate the room at official check-out time.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were extremely huge compared to other hotels I've stayed at, and being on the Club Room Level overlooking Times Square was a bonus. The room was nice, large, and had good amenities, but I did notice some dirt with stains on the bed sheet.
